Home Health Aides play an integral part in helping patients and their families with daily living activities such as providing assistance with bathing, dressing, feeding, ambulation and light housekeeping. Cleveland Clinic Homecare Nurses truly provide a hospital at home environment and care for the sickest of the sick. You’ll utilize a variety of skills including, but not limited to, wound vacs, catheters, tracheostomies, LVAD, IV/PICC care and infusion, blood draws and colostomies — all within the safety and comfort of your patients’ own homes.

Hospice nursing caregivers have the opportunity to work in different locations or on different shifts. They visit patients in their homes, in a facility, or in our Hospice Care Center in Fairlawn. Hospice nurses may also choose to step away from the bedside, serving as a Triage Nurse or become Hospice Coordinators, offering support and coordination of care for our patients. Or, they can join us in our offices as a Clinical Outcomes Specialist, focusing on quality of care.
Pharmacy Service Representatives and Pharmacy Technicians fulfill orders and compound medications for our home and hospice patients. Technicians master sterile compounding, data entry, and inventory skills. Pharmacy Service Representatives use their personal communication skills to develop relationships with patients that support their journey to health recovery.
